I have been taking a gla__s of water to bed with me every night for the last 6 weeks! I also have a humidifier right by my bed, and my mouth and nose still get so dry! I totally feel you with the dry mouth thing - it only happens at night for me as well.

me too girls - my humidifier is cranked up full blast and I still wake up with dry nose/mouth - I think unfortunately it's just something we are going to have to live with - only about 5 more months for me...lol

I stole this from the the 3rd tri board from Karen I believe
I just wanted to give a tip to those of you who have trouble breathing through your nose at night. It was getting so bad for me that I would continually wake up with dry mouth and need to drink water. On the advice of a friend I started using Breathe Right strips (a plastic strip that you put on nose bridge) to great success. I can actually breathe again and am sleeping through the night. I also use a humidifier which is helping as well. Just thought you'd like to know if you're going through the same issue. :)

Same thing with me except it begins in the late afternoon and continues throughout the morning. I'm drinking lots of water - guess it must be a change in the hormones? Could this be a sign of gestational diabetes?
