when should i start being able to feel strong fetal movement? im 21 weeks

I am 22 weeks today...but baby is measuring 23-24...I just started feeling consistent movement this past week...but we are all different....I have found that cold ice water gets him going...I stand up when I drink it and then lay down with my back propped up...in about 10-15 minutes he starts moving around...I make sure to be in a nice calm quiet place so I can concentrate...good luck...
