I am 26 weeks pregnant as well and my son moves like a crazy man, but only after I eat! For the rest of the day he is still as he can be. I think it may depend on the size of you and your baby too! Remember, all pregnancies are different. Good Luck!

I'M 25 WEEKS PREGNANT AND IM ALSO EXPERIENCING THIS, MY BABY WAS MOVING OFF AND ON ALL THROUGH THE DAY ESPECIALLY THE EVENING AND NOW HE HASN'T MOVED MORE THAN 2 OR 3 TIMES A DAY THAT I'VE NOTICED, ITS MY FIRST PREGNANCY SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT OR WORRY ABOUT...

I know this isn't really an answer but I'm 26 wks and noticing that my baby's movement has slowed a bit too, last week he was moving all day and now I can only feel it once in a while, I guess your not alone.

Miriam - September 15

I went to the doctor this morning because I hadnt felt her move for over 12 hours. He had a hard time finding the heart beat but FINALLY did. Im just at 26 weeks and before this she had been moving everymorning at 6:30 and at night after dinner. I was scared. This is my third but each is different. Im glad to hear others saying that movement has slowed. Thanks

Well I am also 26 weeks pregnant and my babys movments also decreased, its mostly because babies don't have that much room any more to move. Thats what I've read anyways. ;)

I'm 24 weeks pregnant (first pregnancy). I also have days where I don't feel my baby move as much. It makes you worry, but I guess I'm not alone. Sometimes I eat chocolate or drink juice and that seems to make my baby kick when I wonder where she is.

Kaci - September 20

I am also 26 weeks (2nd) and she has slowed down more, but everytime I'm hungry or I eat she starts moving again. With my first, the doctor said it was mainly because she doesn't have as much room as before, but it sure is a comfort to hear that others are going through the same thing.

I am so glad I found this! I am 23 weeks pregnant and my baby used to move so much that I wondered if he ever slept! For the past few days however his movements have seemed less often and smaller. I wonder if I should call the doctor, but it seems that it is good that he is at least moving everyday.

im 27 weeks with my third child and i have had this same experience with all my kids. i get the same answer from the doc. its just that the baby is running out of room to move around as much. if the baby is moving every day then it shouldnt be anything to worry about, but it is good to get the info from your doc. good luck.
