Cool can't wait

i heard the heartbeat!!!! it was the coolest thing ever! - i almost shat myself!!! - i asked for an earlier u/s than 18 weeks so they're working on it - i go back next week for a pap - yuck and was able to not do it today since my dr. had to deliver a baby today... that was really cool tho - robyn, let us know when you've posted the little beans' picture k?

Hey I know wwas'nt it exciting though! When I saw the hearbeat at 7wks 6day it brought a tear of joy to my face! and then my last visist at 12 weeks OMG I finally got to hear the music from his heart! That made me cry I was so happy......It makes me want to go buy a dobbler!!

I get to go back in three weeks to hear the heartbeat and bring a tape so I can record it! I am so excited. Maybe then I will find out girls or boys? I dont know how long you are supposed to wait. BUT I am impatient!

I am so happy for you rb! I bet you are so happy. Its the biggest reality check, but in a good way. I still havent heard the heart beat...next appointment. Wow...we are some lucky people!

hey all.....suppose we're all gone for the day...so i''ll do misty and chat to myself.........hahaha............good to hear all the apptments went well......anyone else going for blood work in two weeks to screen for ds any eveerything??oh i am soooo craving a ceaser ...the drink..mmmm..a vergin ceaser with a pickled bean...........dreams...i dreamt last night i was chasing around a 3 year old girl named jordan who had just covered the bathroom in babypowder and toothpaste.....apparently she was my little bean....in a few years!!!

hey girls - not sure if anyone is around so i guess i'm pulling a misty as well :) - my dr. booked me a u/s for next week - thurs and i have to do a physical friday - but i hope i will be able to see something - hubby doesn't want to know the s_x of the baby so i guess we won'tbe finding out - oh well - it'll be worth it in a few months... the heartbeat was amazing and it was the best sound i have ever heard coming from my body - considering all the not so great sounds i've been hearing lately - ewww... hhhehe.. i kill myself... will check in later... hope everyone is well- hugs to all the mommies :) that put me in such a good mood being able to do that today :)

Hi girls.... I waited quite a while to get into a room this appointment.... it was interesting watching all the pregnant women in the lobby - I took notice of belly b___tons. By far, most of the women who are further along have little - well, uh, actually BIG outies... This wasn't comforting... Unfortunately, no u/s this visit - however, I am promised one next visit! in five weeks.... I did get to hear the baby's heartbeat though! That was pretty cool! th-thump, th-thump, th-thump, th-thump, WHACK!, th-thump, th-thump, WHACK! In case you don't know how to interpret that, apparently my child doesn't like being bothered... they gave 3 very audible kicks... Maybe its good I don't feel them yet! In any case, although I'm only 14 weeks, my uterus has expanded to 20 weeks size. My doc says I need to make a decision on whether or not to do the screening tests by my next appointment. She says she doesn't encourage anyone to do them because of the very high percentage of false positives - especially since I'm not old enough to be a very high risk, but if I am interested, I can have them done. I told her I don't think I want them, but she said to tell her for sure then. So that's my appointment news... We got our garage floor poured! Not much progress on the roof, but the guys hauled all the shingles up the ladder. And my 6-year old nephew got to drive the tractor, so as far as he is concerned the afternoon was an astonishing success. Ah yes! I'm so excited! I get to go caving tomorrow! Yippee! I love caving! (wild caves) we're going to take the nephew, so its a pretty easy cave, and I shouldn't have any problems. As long as I remember to take food! Anyways, I'm headed home... I'm starting to get depressed... Since I started typing this, I found out about 2 people I know who died today, one heart attack (a friend), the other suicide. The suicide was one of my "problem" customers at work - I never could please her, but still, I never disliked her enough for that! I'm going to leave before I hear of someone else! Hope you all have a great weekend!

Sorry Steph you felt like you was talking to yourself, that's how I feel sometime when I post so I just leave, I had a Dr's Appt today nothing special just checked my weight gained 3 pounds and listen to the heartbeat,Next appt is May 15 and I'm still 15 weeks

Man, what a day. I just worked a 12 hour shift to make 72 bucks. Woohoo. That was sarcastic, did that sound sarcastic? Grrrrr. I need a new job. But I know everyone where I work at now and they support me and will be helpful throughout the pregnancy, it wouldn't be that way as much at a new job ao I am afraid to move. I need the money though.Oh well. So glad you all had pretty good appointments today. And D, did she ever do an ultrasound? My uterus is measuring big too, but my doc says she thinks it is because I am having twins also. Could that be why you are measuring big? If they haven't done an ultrasound I would request one for that reason. But I have to go to bed. Got to wake up early tomorrow for another 12 hour day. Yay me!! :-) I will talk to you all eventually.

And yeah Cinshon. I just look for the funky a__s thread names and sure enough that is where they always are. Hehe. And I went beyond feeling like I was talking to myself that one day. I just kept putting post after post and no one else was there :-) They still seem to have fun joking about that.

hey there i found you all what's up anything happened lately?? I was in hospital for a couple of days everythings back to normal(ish) now.

They didn't do an ultrasound this visit, but they have other visits, and my doc has confirmed a fibroid. Next visit she's scheduled me for one... Not until May 19 though. :( I had a great time caving! Although, I think this will be my last trip for awhile! Its getting a little hard to squeeze through tight places! How is everyone? How was your weekend?
