Hmmm.... I don't have to dream about wierd looking teeth... all I have to do is take out my false ones! Or make them look like dracula teeth... its great fun with little kids! (I'm not kidding, actually! I've had false teeth since I was in 6th grade or so. Its because I'm genetically deformed... :-) Both of my parents have "missing" teeth in their genetics. I'm just missing two, had the baby teeth, which the dentist pulled due to a 2nd grade injury, and then took the x-rays... surprise! No permanent teeth! But after almost a lifetime of having "wierd" teeth, I'm not the slightest bit embarrased by them...)

Hello to all my fabulous radiant favorite people!!! I'm ready for Denny's, Who will meet me there??

Oh yes, I bought an exercise video for pregnant women. I can't wait to get it and try it out. I have love handles right now from the weight I gained and it really doesn't make me feel s_xy in any sort of way. I am definatly getting a belly on me too, but I figured it looked like a pregnancy belly, so no big deal right. Then some guy at work yesterday found out I was almost 4 months pregnant and told me that I wasn't showing at all yet. I felt like screaming at him. Nice to think that most people just think I am getting fatter. I need to go shopping. Buy something I look good in to make myself feel better :-( Waiting for my income taw check for that one. :-) Boy, I'm going to have fun at the mall. I can't wait.

My truest sympaties for years of braces, Robyn! I'm a seven year veteran... In fact, the day I had them FINALLY removed is permanently burned in my memory... the morning of October 17, 1989. Coincidentally, you Californians may remember what happened that very day at 5:04:49 pm.... (if not, does earthquake and cypress structure ring a bell?)

I think its tight, no "hard to reach" spots! I suprisingly know a lot of people my age with them. Its more common now I guess.

Sheesh! By the time I carefully write and rewrite my comments, you all have gone on to a different subject! Enjoy your lunches... I couldn't take most of what they had in the cafeteria today, so I had to settle for mashed potatoes and honeydew melon. And I barely got that down.

Ohh, Denny's. Suddenly everythin is sounding good. I have my simple little bowl of chicken noodle soup to keep me company though. :-( Mexican and Denny's on another day I guess.

Have a yummy lunch. I am waiting for mine to get here. Some chicken strips and a little salad with ranch...mmmmm....tastey.

I always thought I never had weird cravings. Just kind of like before pregnancy, but now they were here more often, then yesterday I had a salad with egg, ham, raisins, and 1000 island. Even looking at it I was like "I don't know about this" but I wanted it, and boy was it goooood. :-)

hey girls - my cravings aren't as strong as they were - so now i never know what to eat - today for lunch i have veggies, cheese and fruit - I MUST have something good (therefore, not entirely healthy) for dinner...

Clod veggies sound good now also. But, only if they are drowned in ranch dressing. Oh hell, that just made buffalo wings sound good. Denny's has the best wings that you will ever have. They have there own sauce that no other restaurant has and I loooooove it.

Hello ladies, hope you don't mind me including myself in your conversations. I've read some of your other posts and answered Robyn's last week. Today I am helping a friend take care of her baby and I feel so not ready to be a mom! Almost scared, it has been about 7 hours I have spent with him and I am tired! I don't know what else to play and I have no silly faces left! I keep wondering if I will be a good mom, and this baby is adorable, but it is a lot of work! And all I keep thinking for the last hour or so is a big sandwich with chipotle peppers on it :)

Haha, your talking about food, you fit right in with us today. :-) Babies aren't such hard work as that all the time. It is partially because this is not your child that you have to work so hard to amuse him/her. Babies tend to find things they think are amusing on their own. Just make sure they don't get hurt in the process and give them human interaction sometimes so they don't feel left out or unloved and you are good. It is mostly when they are sad that they need the undevided attention. Like right now, I have my two year old son with me, but he is just sitting in his little chair we got him for his birthday looking through one of his books and saying the things he knows, like flowers or bugs, or dogs. :-) They are a lot of work but it isn't so bad. You will do fine I am sure, if you are worried about how good you will do then you obviously care about your child already. GL

hey andie - i'm with you on that one - just looking at a kid scares me! - but i'm sure we'll be fine once it all becomes "reality" - how far along are you?

D - April 25

Hi andie! (don't be offended if you have answered these questions a million times, I can't remember anything these days) so... how many weeks are you? Sounds like this is your first! Mine too... I have to say I have many of the same fears you expressed. I suspect its normal! I'm really hoping this "mom instinct" thing is for real!
