Im just shy of 20 weeks with baby #2, I've started lactating colostrum. Which I never experienced with my first baby until 37weeks. Im very worried this signifies baby is on its way....

This is very normal, don't worry! Many women start lactating colostrum even earlier then 20 weeks. I'm 23 weeks and have been lactating colostrum for a few weeks already. Don't worry!
