Ok Sadie, my first guess is Canada. Possibly the NWT? As for sore nips...oh...my...gosh! I am having the same problem. But mine aren't just sore they are HUGE!!! I mean I've always had semi bi nips but we're talkin 15mmx18mm! Yup, I just measured them because I wanted to be acurate. My gosh..I'm wondering how a baby is even going to fit that in it's mouth! Hopefully it goes down. I just barely thought about the pain that comes along with nursing for the first little while and if this nipple pain doesn't go away it will be the worst yet! Congrats Tracy on making it to HALFWAY!!! that's exciting. I'll be there in exactly a week. Well, I've come up with my boys name. I just have to convince dh of the first name. Its a cla__sic but rare. I honestly don't know why he doesn't like it. Well, I told him if he wants anything different he's gonna have to come up with some suggestions which I don't think he'll do. That's not his forte. He's too busy building houses and fixin his car to think about names! So I guess I'll probly get my way on this one. Sorry I can't tell you the name b/c I don't want it to "get out there" and become popular b4 I get to use it. lol Hey do you guys have that same stupid ad on the right of your screen with the Zwinky thing and you change its hair and hat and stuff? What is up with that? Who in the hell is gonna actually click on that? duh!

RC....ur good, although Im in Ontario but with this weather it might as well be NWT lol. My nipples have def. gotten bigger. Ive always had smaller nipples so im not too worried altho ive had smaller b___bs most of my life so now that they are getting bigger im getting stretch marks around my nipples. :( EVERYONE needs to tell me how their body is reacting to pregnancy so i can feel better :)

Hi Ladies, Sadie- i"m glad I'm not the only one with 'nipple stretch marks' lol. I haven't gotten them anywhere else.. so far, so good but I think I'm pretty small for my 21 1/2 weeks. but LOTS of change in the chest area! my nipple/areola maybe not exactly bigger, but def. darker and just sensitive.. not my whole b___st anymore, just the nipple area, i hate having it touched or anything. Tracy- I've heard lots about not sleeping on your back and all that... but I was listening to these podcasts on this website "peainthepodcast.com" (really good stuff) and they were takling about sleep to one doctor who said that that advice originally came from some studies done that women with Complications - preeclampsia.. ges. diabetes etc. she said that in those women sleeping on the left side releives high blood pressure sometimes, but in most women really you should sleep however your most comfortable, even on your back, unless of course your doctor recommends you not to. And her explanation seemed the most reasonable to me, cus I often find it comfy on my back. (with lots of pillows!) I've been feeling good, I just realized I haven't thrown up in weeks! hooray!

Cool Sadie so that's 3 Canadians and 1 Scottish la__sy and 1 Palestinean. And who knows how many other nationalities that I haven't guessed yet. I think the Canadians are def ruling out here! Go Canada! I'm very patriotic what can I say? I ate lunch today and have been oh so full ever since. It's crazy! Worked today too. Am working the next 2 days as well. Am feeling the baby a bit more now. I'm so excited about this baby can I tell you? I think it's gonna be a really nice gift for our whole family to enjoy. I can't wait to start buying stuff for baby. But I'll wait till a bit further along. Don't wanna jinx anything! I'm pooped. I'll check in tomoz. :)

Thanks for the advise Overtaken, I think I'm going to continue sleeping on my back for just now then check with my midwife at my next appointment. Afterall I do get a better sleep that way. Sadie - Like I said my nipples are extremely sore when they are cold. And if it's any conselation I have already went up one trouser size (in maternity) and two top sizes!!!!! heyyy tracy didnt u know what ur having yet? we need to know if our guesses r right or wrong :D sadie-- my nipples have been hurting like hell and i cant even touch them anymore for any reason :p the stuff on ur nipples could be colostrum yes :) cant think of anything else! sorry for all the stretchmarks u've been having lately, i have old stretch marks from teenage years and not from my pregnancies thankfully..but they're still visible on my hips especially.. i have a few on the sides of my b___sts from b___stfeeding cz the size can change a lot during this stage depending on the milk supply.. but i dont mind them though.. thankfully none on my belly..but i use stretchmarks lotions starting from month 4 till the end so i dont know if that has anything to do with it?! my belly isnt so huge yet :s i only really show at night when i've eaten all the meals i've got to eat lol :p my dd is so cute, she's so excited about her coming brother so she keeps on running to my tummy, pretending that she's stealing him and tells me mommy i wanna give him a bath or change his diaper or play with him etc.. i found that a good indicator that she's gonna like him when he comes hopefully and not be so jelous.. we've been telling her about the baby since we knew we were pregnant and she's doing great so far..she gave up her crib for him and her old rattles we found in her toy box.. she got a new toddler bed as an award for what she had done :D im not gaining much weight though,, dunno if thats normal or what.. i remember with dd, i gaines 1/2 a kg each week during my 9th month though so i can save the kilos till then :p overtaken--i know!!!! isnt it great not to throw up for such a long time? lol i got used to having my head in the toilet seat for tens of times everyday :s im so thankful now.. but im suffering from the worst flu ever so i threw up twice yesterday and the day before but thats ok.. nothing compared to my first 15 weeks!! believe it or not ladies, i've been starting to think about having a 3rd baby loool!!! i never imagined i will want a 3rd baby after all i had gone through with this one and my 1st.. is this normal?!! :p

Lucy your'e hilarious! Baby #3 thoughts already! hahaha...I too have stretch marks on my bbs from my very first child bearing/nursing experience. I have heard that none of the lotions/creams help at all. That if you're gonna get em' you get em' no matter what. It has something to do with your skin type. I believe it too. AFM-I'm making spaghetti for supper tonight. Lucy are you eating better now? I had the day off today which was nice. I'm just going to go finish watching Gone With the Wind. That Scarlett O'Hara. She's such a little scoundrel!

^lucy^ - January 30

heyy rc i missed having u around :D yummy spagetti, bon appet_t! no im not eating much better, just the usual things that i could eat. i wasnt eating chicken though but now i can have some which is good. still having the nachos and cheese dip fever lol.. do u know how to make the cheese dip for the nachos? would love to do them at home cz it will make life easier for me. how r u doing? im suffering from flu :'( the cough is killing me right now :s everytime i cough i pee my pants lol, it was the sneezes 2 days ago.. i dont know what to do!!!

rcmiller - January 31

No, I don't know how to make the cheese dip at home. It needs to be real mexican'y' flavoured. So I would probably see if they've got a pkg at the grocery store that you just add water or milk to and cook up. Do they have cheese whiz there? Its a processed cheese spread. Its in Canada and the States That would be good melted and maybe a little mexican spice added to it. I wish I had some right now. Alternatively you could look on recipezaar.com and see if they have any recipes. As for the coughing and sneezing. Hahaha...I feel your pain sister. I have been that way for YEARS. It sucks for sure. If ever I have to cough or sneeze I MUST concentrate on tightening all muscles down there in order to minimize the risk to leakage but there are so many times when you are surprised or just can't control no matter how hard you try. Terrible problem. Terrible. AFM-I get my 20wk scan on Wed! I am halfway now! Yay! I am so stoked. It's going to be a 3D/4D scan so really cool. I'm feeling baby more and more. I also worked an 8 1/2 hour shift yesterday and made it through. That means my tiredness is FINALLY going away...or gone...for the most part. I sometimes forget to take my vitamins. I hate that but do you think that's bad? Its also becoming increasingly uncomfortable to get into my car. Its an SUV that has a lift kit on it. Can't wait to buy my new 7-8 seater car. Does anyone have any suggestions? Dh wants a diesel. I've been thinking a LandCruiser Prado maybe. I'm not a minivan mom for sure. Korey, if you're still kickin around what do you drive? Probably a van eh? Well, I'm off. Nothin much else to say at this point.!

rcmiller - January 31

I just looked at recipezaar.com under nacho cheese dip and they had several recipes. They sound so yumm I'm for sure going to make some very soon!

Hey Hey Hey, I'm still here. We have an 7 pa__senger Trail Blazer. Oh and as far as cheese I sometimes use Frito Lay chili cheese dip. Fix it up and its almost the same, my family loves it mixed with Rotel in the can and ground meat. And spread it over Nachos great snack.

Can I tell you I just LOVE my daily morning OJ!? It is what I look forward to every single morning and when its over I'm always a bit sad that I have to wait for one more day. Actually, one of these days maybe I should just have a whole darn jug eh? Yeah, that sounds good. I get my OJ and then comes my next best part is I sit down here to my computer and see what's been happenin on the ol' June Mommies thread! I just love hearing wht all of you have to say everyday. I think it fills in a gap I feel not having any family and not too many friends around. Well, any friends that I can call at 5 to 6 am anyways! hehehe...So 20 wks today girls! Yipee! I hope this next half goes faster than the first half did. My dh thinks it has flown by. Hah! So Korey where is it you live? Somewhere in Utah by the sounds of it! hahaha....lots of young kids and another on the way hahahaa....Is your trailblazer going to be big enough once the baby comes? I know everyone will fit snugly but what if you ever need to give anyone else a ride? To church or something? hahaha Sorry for the jokes I just can't help myself. I'm actually making them in full on love and kindness cuz I happen to know first hand that all these things are true. (personal experience) Not too many people these days go for big families do they? When people find out this is my 4th they're always shocked. I'm not sending the two little kids to school today. Its a swimming carnival and I'll be darned if on the first day of school they come home with a permission slip and request for $7 to go to this carnival. Well, I just got through spending hundreds on getting them back to school. Well, I'm sure I'm not the only parent who does NOT want to be asked for more money when we've already spent it all! Funny thing about it is that the bus trip over to the pool takes about 5 min by car and every student in the school is supposed to be going and they want to charge $5/kid! There's 400 kids in the school so even if 300 went that's $1500!!! What the ???? I'm starting to think its a fundraiser of sorts for the school...hmmmm...

Kourtney#5 - February 1

LOL, I'm ok with the joking. I live in TN. And I really want a mini van. But we will see. As far as car pooling lol uhhhh. We will have to add a trailer on the back. Hahahaha no we do have two vehicals so if we had to we would just split them up. Whoo hoo its Feb already four more months left. I've a trip/son's birthday in March a Baby shower/ daughters birthday in April and in May my DH is taking the kids to Disney World with a group of relatives of mines. And I'll stay behind this time because it's too close to my Due date. :o( but at least he'll be able to spend time with them before baby comes. Oh and we changed our minds again well actually my DH allowed me to have my way and babies name will be Terrence John

hey rc,, its soooo healthy to have OJ..im so hating it and the only juice i can have now is carrot juice lol..i've always liked it but i guess ot suits me now since its not sweet..dunno. the only liquids i can get down r COLD water and carrot juice :) healthy at least :p congrats for ur 20 weeks mark! im following u in few days :) korey, thats lots of events in the coming period..thats fun so time will pa__s by so quickly..we usually have baby showers AFTER the baby is born.. this is the trend where i come from..everyone gets to see the baby and we have special sweets thats usualy made for this occa__sion. with my dd, i couldnt have a big baby shower although she was my first cz my grandfather pa__sed away 5 days after she was born..but i got tons of presents regardless :D ppl came to congratulate us on our daughter without a baby shower.. i have most of the things i will just need clothes..we can reuse the new born clothes however cz they're mostly yellow and white. something hapened with me today at the mall while i was with a friend and her mom.. we had breakfast at this coffeeshop and then we walked for around 30 minutes and then we had to wait for her mom so we stood in front of a shop for around 3 minutes..then i started to sweat and feel my fingers were cool and numb..my ears were as if i had ear plugs in them and i felt sooo ligh headed..i told my friend dont freak out and i sat by the shop..things started to get darker and sarker when her mom came to rescue me and took me inside the shop where they gave me a chair to sit on and some cold water and a chocolate bar..i felt much better after drinking water and went back to normal after having the chocolate bar..what do u think it was? dehydration? blood sugar drop or low blood pressure? i just had my dr appt 2 days ago and my bp was fine as always..however, im always n the low side of bp and had this happen to me before when i wasnt pregnant so i was just wondering how i can avoid this..cz poor dd was scared and started crying but good my friend comforted her and i was able to hug her and know that i was ok and nothing bad happening..thanks for reading my loooong post :) take carexxx
