i had a still-birth twice already and this is my third pregnancy and im worried. the doctor told me to take some bed rest, im findin it hard to be calm and chill out what relaxing exercises i could or what i need this baby to live.

You poor thing, I am so sorry for your losses. I cannot imagine how terrible that is. Since your doctor is aware of your history, they should be seeing you more frequently and checking the baby's heartbeat more often. Alot of women find that renting a doppler and listening to their baby's heartbeat whenever they want is comforting. You can rent from Belly Beats and there are also some for sale on ebay. Were they able to determine the reason for your losses? If so that can be helpful as well. I truly wish you a healthy and happy pregnancy, you deserve it.

Definitely get a doppler, but also did your doctor explain what happened to cause the stillbirths? I know that there is not always an explanation, but to have 2 that seems to point to something causing it. I'd think they would know what that is and do whatever they can to keep it from happening again.
