Heyyy girls!! Congrats Eastcoast!!! That sounds like a REALLY nice experience I cant say mine was that nice mine wasnt even half that nice LOL You so deserved that for being so patient with finding out ...aww another lil boy!!! This forum is like boy happy haha I know a couple people from my space and old co workers all who had girls but I come on here and there is boy galore! haha Gabby - Is philly the rottie? My rottie eats the dumbest things - the other day I couldnt find my daughters gloves so i thought ok with all this chaos I must have misplaced them well... the next morning there they are in the kitchen floor drenched in stomach acid ... and in a puddle of saliva - so he ate them whole.. and also ate my bottle of tums ... what an idiot ! I get so frustrated with him sometimes ...once I move and he is there he will have access to more stuff cause here I moved most stuff out already - when I leave I will have to muzzle him cause I heard horror stories of dogs getting stuff stuck in their intestines and I can see that happening with this one - SO rather then crate him cause he gets all locked up with his bad arm and all I will just muzzle him :o( I wish I didnt have to but its his fault. What a day girls the one friend who was helping me had that emergency with her son on thursday thats why i was watching her daughter so since then I hadnt really painted cause she didnt want me to go on the ladder or anything - but I couldnt wait anymore so today I went over and painted all the windows and rest of the woodwork then my other friend came over and put my mini blinds up (which are really cool they have this extra cord and you can make them from min blinds to like regular ones with the larger slots so you get more light) and she also put up my curtain rods and curtains and also my folding door at the entrance to the bas____nt so the smell of bas____nt doesnt come up in the house- then she painted the babies room which ... I thought the paint in that can was pinkish and instead its a taupe ..but whatever it works just the same for me lol I had that whole can left over from this house when I first moved in so at least it got some use and it will still look very nice.I also went with her to lowes and got the bare pink color paint for chastidys room ... so that is next lol .. she helped me SO much today that girl is a God send - she always helps me with everything from moving to co signing for me back in the day .. she is always there for me without ever throwing it in my face or wanting anything in return - she is better then family cause she has been there for me even when family wasnt. I think to myself sometimes ...ok God sends some people a nice husband and maybe others get something else and for me I got the best friend anyone could ever ask for - and of course the love of my daughter and the next blessing on the way here - so I am blessed in so many ways if i dont ever find the right man well .. I am ok with that. Ahh so now i am off to bed I am SOOO tired! Night girls!

hey kay - I added you to my facebook too - It should have sent a request from heather. :) Glad things are working out for you sprinkles...sounds like you're getting a lot done. I wish I could paint - but I have a bedroom full of c___p that needs to get moved first and I'm too big to do it. :)

Kay, I finally found you on facebook and added you as a friend. Dawn, sounds like things are going great at your house -finally:) Don't do too much though! And speaking of all the boys, it's funny 'cause all of my friends who had babies within the past year have had girls, and of my friends who are pregnant now and know what they're having, everyone's having boys! Weird. Well I'm happy to say that I finally got a good night's sleep last night...I was too excited the night before (for the ultrasound) and I was too nervous the night before that (for the gestational diabetes testing). So I really needed some sleep! My sister-in-law is having a joint baby shower this afternoon for me and my other sister-in-law (she's due mid-April) so should be lots of fun:) I'll check back later and see how everyone's doing today!

Hi everybody. Dawn, Philly is the pitbull. But she is just as dumb and gets into everything just like the rottie. The rottie is Tank, and he stays crated when we aren't home because he gets into everything. I mean one day we were cooking brisket on the grill outside and we had just come in and put all the utensils on the counter. So we went in the living room to eat and he came walking in with the biggest kitchen knife just hanging out of his mouth. It was funny but scary, esp thinking about that vet bill. But anyways I'm glad you got most of your painting done. And you're very lucky to have a best friend like that. My best friends kinda disappear whenever they get boyfriends. But ok, I gotta go cook some omelets for breakfast, and I'm so excited about it!

Aww you guys pictures are so pretty! And eastcoast you got some really awesome 3D pics! I'm always hoping for some that are right on the front of his face but he always seems to be looking down so it's more of an angled profile. Dawn that's funny he at the gloves then some tums.....must've had a tummy ache! My pitt used to ALWAYS eat underwear and socks then she'd either throw them up of poop them out......same thing with plastice toys but those would actually get chewed and always thrown up. She chewed up a freekin razor once, no idea how. I've honestly gotta say my bestfriend is my hubby as lame as that sounds. It's amazing how many 'friends' you don't keep after high school, and how even fewer you lose contact with after moving. I don't really know anyone up here, I've gone out with two coworkers my age on one occasion each. My hubby on the other hand is mr. popularity.

Congratulations Eastcoast!!!! it sounds like you had a fantastic experience. Oh Wow! and a boy! You and dh must be so excited! Geez... I'm excited for you! You showed such patience throughout all the waiting! I will try to find you on facebook but like kay one time I started to due my facebook page but just got frustrated. i will try it once again. i just realized ... is it today that daylight savings changes??

Ahhh good news the paint IS the right color - it just looked darker at night so today when I went back it was that pinkish brown color - however dumb me I kicked the can over and spilled it all over the carpet ...smooth huh lol Well babies room is all painted and ready for lil violet! Chastidys room is next! I move next weekend finally ... That will be so nice to feel like I have a home again. O and guess what I am contemplating bankcruptcy I had done one though almost 6 yrs ago and the one I would need to do you have to wait 6 yrs to do. But since I am out of work I am a good candidate - I dont want to .. I actually loathe the idea but there is NO way for me to pay my mort and car payment and have two kids and STILL pay on the loans I accrued fixing up this house that will be sold a short sale anyway! Like If this house sells by short sale it will pay the mort and the realtor but I have personal loans I took to work on this house - and I have a loan for carpet that is 2k and then some small credit cards. The thing is those payments will make it impossible to feed my kid especially on unemployment and I cant risk losing the other house. I dont know though ..but I will speak to my lawyer about it see what he says. Gabby his name is Tank geesh haha sounds like a monster lol especially with a knife omg haha quazi worries me sometimes with the stuff he eats I dont want anything to happen to him ...and when I crate him he howls cause I think it stiffens his bad leg up - then once he comes out he limps more so I cant do that - muzzle is the next thing I can do but it makes me sad .. well I will be home with him for a while so hopefully I wont have to anytime soon. Oh and I am definatly lucky with the friends - one of them though is the kind to disappear when she has a bf but i get her to help me when he is at work lol - weekends though she is no where to be found.. which I think is c___ppy but I accept people for who they are - some flaws I can handle some I cant ... thats one that I can deal with but only in cerain instances like with her I have known her since i was 5 ... so we go way back. The other friend I sometimes think should have been a man cause I would have married her hahaha she never puts anyone before me and is always there for me - I really value my true friends (only 2) because I feel like they CHOOSE you not like family that will always be around - but these are people who dont owe you anything and they choose to be there for you which says alot. I make sure I do anything and everything I can for them especially the one I was referring to because she is like gold to me - I would give her a kidney! I am telling you she is better the my family has been to me ... she knows I love her ! So now the house is almost all set - I did not paint the hall yet - thats too dangerous cause of the stairs I cant put the ladder on the stairs and paint so I will def have to wait for help on that one. after everything is moved in I will clean that house from top to bottom and be at peace for the remainder of my pregnancy!! (hopefully) I was thinking today wow ..its realllllly getting close eh? we are in mid march and babe is due earrrrly june ... gulp!! How exciting! Will we all stay in touch after the babies are here?

Geez it seems so close doesn't it? My baby I guess you could say is due mid May so holy cow! Who knows, some of you girls may go a little earlier than 40 weeks. It was funny with my daughter I was focused on my due date of May 3rd and just watched that day come and go since she didn't want to come out. I guess this time it'll be sorta nice since I'll have an exact date I know I need to have everything ready by and I can plan to take a few days off for myself before that. Hopefully he doesn't try to surprise us earlier than that!

Oh and dawn there's an infant care topic that I think it would be cool to move over to once our munchkins make their appearance.

omg gabby yeah we have alot in common haha I am very controlling myself which is why my mom wanted me to go to the place cause I want it a certain way lol although no matter how much I plan things never work out for me lol BUT i try haha Aww I have a NY accent too!! hahahaha I had to laugh when I read that though I know people tell me when I get started they say 'o wow did the new yorker in your just come out or what' haha and I am from queens .. ahh I wish i could move back sooooooooo bad!!! I have had the weirdest burping going on today its like a carbonated burp its annoying!!! It makes me want to puke it has a nasty ga__sy burpy feel to it hahaa TMI sorrry!!! I ate like a piglet today though - well I didnt eat alot but its more what I ate I had a steak quesadilla from taco bell and onion rings from BK with that spicy sauce and a coke float and a hershey pie but the spicy food I think messed me up ok well its too cold here again so i am going back to my room lol TTYL

Morning everyone:) Seemed pretty quiet on here yesterday...it didn't take me 20 mins to read all the posts;) I meant to come on after I got back from the baby shower, but I was just too exhausted. We had a great time and got lots of cute baby things:) Yes!!! We're definitely going to keep in touch once we're past the 3rd tri board -I don't care where or how, but we'll figure something out...funny, 'cause I just a__sumed we would keep chatting, it hadn't even crossed my mind that once we have our babies we'll be done on the 3rd tri board (my brain isn't working well lately!) So how's everyone's heartburn??? I've had it once or twice this pregnancy (never had it before in my life before I became pregnant), but for the past couple of days, it hits (like clockwork) at 7pm (even if I haven't eaten anything in a few hours) and I have to start chugging the tums....which really sucks because I think I have a stomach like a tank -the hotter, spicier the food, the better. We use chillies, jalapenos, and jamaican jerk spice like salt or pepper in our house:) My mom said she had horrible heartburn while pregnant and there's some old wives' tale about how having heartburn means the baby will have lots of hair -which held true for her....when I was born she thought she had the wrong baby! At the hospital, they called me the little eskimo baby because I had a huge mop of straight, black hair -so much they could hardly see my face;) Which is weird since (those of you on facebook who've seen my pics will know) although I still have lots of hair, it's curly brownish/blond now. Since the tech at our u/s said that our baby has hair already, the wives tale may hold true....time will tell. Although if the babe has black straight hair, Kirt will probably be wondering since he has really blond, curly hair!;) Just weird how this heartburn is really hitting every night at 7pm.

Top of the Morning to Ya! So it's only 10:53 here and I've alraedy eaten my lunch and am now eating a big bowl of Trix cereal. I'm like a bottomless pit today, and it's still the morning. I know I've definitely gained more weight this month than I should have, but I kinda don't really care. And I know I keep talking about these stupid pants from babies-r-us but I exchanged them yesterday for a large and now I'm swimming in them. I'm getting so angry. The mediums felt like I was a stuffed sausage and the larges are Huge. And not to mention about 6 inches too long. Freds comment was, well now you have room to grow, you're only gonna get bigger. I could have punched him, but it is true. And I do have to say that ever since I've started really showing, people are alot nicer to me. Like This morning I was in a really p__sy mood because I ahd to be in work at 7:20, and so I went into Wawa for a donut and the girl behind the counter was so nice to me. She was asking me how's the baby and telling me how good I look and whatever else. It really made me feel good and brightened up my day. I think its because now I actually look pregnant and not just a fat sloppy mess. For a while there, I wasn't quite fitting in maternity clothes yet, like the shirts were way too big in the belly region, and the pants were just not comfortable. So I was wearing sweats and c___ppy clothes for that period, but now I can wear the cute maternity stuff. Well I hope everyone had a good weekend, I wish it wasn't over, but life goes on!

Congrats Eastcoast!!!! Gabby join the club on the pant issue. i can't find pants that fit. the small at motherhood maternity and everywhere else i have looked are too big so i gave up and bought two regular low rise stretch jeans at anchor blue. those work and im glad cause i had like 3 pairs that i could still fit into. Kay im going to be a May mommy right along with you. anytime in that month. Sprinkles- glad you have such good friends that help you out. i am right along with Kay with my husband being my best friend. lost touch with all the highschool ones except one but she lives in washington.
