Laser Hair Removal And Now A Rash

I had laser hair removal about 2 years ago. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and everywhere I had the hair removal there is a horrible itchy rash (bikini, upper legs and lower belly). Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal? My doc gave me a gel to put on it, which works, but it comes right back. It is so ugly and gross. Is it from the laser hair removal?

I've had laser hair removal and am not experiencing this. Hmm...sorry...never heard of it.
