make sure you get extra claium.. I take tums..... and I also use a ma__sage cream before bed.... if I do get them I just wake up and flex my foot and put pressure on my foot until it goes away.....also stretching it before bed may help... for me .. i have tried everything.. but i still get them... mostly every other night.. and always my left leg....

I would recommend calcium and magnesium, but of course check with your doctor. A sure way to get a good mix of it is to drink 4 gla__ses of milk a day. Also, if you go for a 1/2 hr walk during the day it helps keeps the muscles limber...

i get these cramps every single morning, wether its a foot or leg cramp the only thing i found that helps is to point your foot up and make your toes bend right back towards you and hold it there it goes away almost straight away. hope it helps it works for me everytime. :)

Make sure you aren't dehydrated as this can cause cramp in the legs. I know it's annoying when you have to pee in the middle of the night, but having a gla__s of water by the bed has helped my cramp problem.
