Loads Of Questions

I'm 25 weeks and 3 days pregnant with my 2nd child. We had an u/s a few weeks ago and everything is fine, but the baby was breach so we couldn't tell the s_x. Does anyone know how late an elective u/s can be done or any other tests that can determine gender this late? Is anyone else having problems with being tired, unable to get to sleep, then sleeping 10 hours once you can finally fall asleep? Doc says that is normal and to cut back at work(10 hours a week now) and not do the demanding household chores like vacuuming. My boss isn't too happy about this(I work in a bar) and I'm considering not going back since she isn't understanding now(how will she be when my babysitter cancels and I have a toddler and infant to care for during working hours). HUbby isn't home more than 3 hours per evening(at MOST) and some Sundays so he's not helpful around the house. Is cleaning the cat littler very harmful if I use rubber gloves and cover my nose and mouth? Does anyone know how to get rid of hemroids? I've had them since my first pregnancy(3 summers ago) and the doctor keeps telling me to use those pad things and they will go away. They don't go away though. They don't itch or burn, its just something I'd rather not have. I also have something like Rosasia. I've went to dermatologists and nobody gives me the same answer as to what it is or how to treat it. It has never bothered me much, but now hormones are giving me sebatious cycts on my face. Last time the doc wouldn't recommend anything because of steroids and I don't expect him to. Does anyone know anything that might shrink the cycts and cover the red marks on my face? Regular makeup will cover with concieler, but it makes my skin break out and I hate the heavy feeling. My memory isn't what it was a few months ago so the only other question I can remember right now is... Is it normal to forget a lot of things like the date, appointments, birthdays, etc? I have always been a list maker, but now I seem to forget where my lists are. I've started to write things on the bathroom mirror, but there are things that I don't want the babysitter seeing or guests that come over so I'm limited as to what I can write there(pick up chips, fold clothes, etc). Wow! That is a really long post. Sorry about that.I'm also sorry about the misspellings. I couldn't even remember how to spell concieler 8-)(crazy smile). Thanks for any and all help! ~Jen

Each doctor seems to follow a different protocol as fas as when ultrasounds are allowed. Obviously if there are any complications or issues, you will be given more. My doctor has a normal practice of 13 weeks, 18-20 weeks and 33 weeks for a low-risk pregnancy, each practice will have their own schedule, I would ask at your next visit. As far as the Rosacea, I would discuss that with your OB rather than a dermatologist. Do not put anything on your face without clearing it with your doctor. You can look up some holistic remedies that may be able to reduce the redness and inflammation, just run it past your doc first. You can try Bare Minerals for makeup which is not heavy or cakey and covers nicely. I know someone with Rosacea (sp) and it works for her. The tiredness is normal especially if you work and have a toddler. I work full time and have a 20 month old and coupled with feeling generally c___ppy, and maintaining a house, I am always tired. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.
