You're definetly right about the furniture, since you painted the walls white it will be much nicer with dark furniture, my birthday is on March 14th so its pretty close to my due date, so im hoping that the baby will be the best birthday present ever and my hubby's bday is also in March on the 31st so the due date is exactly between mine and his birthdays, its just going to be so special i feel, our wedding anniversary is on 15th of June, but the special date in our life is actually June 17th which is the date when we started going out, and that was year 1999, so next year we will be together for 10 years, we were high school sweet hearts as you might say, so thats our story what's yours?

My husband and I were set up by his cousin. It is a pretty dorky story, but we love it all the same!! I asked his cousin when she was gonna hook me up with someone and she said that he was single and might be fun to hang out with. She brought him in to where I worked the next day, and I thought he was so hot!! We started hanging out immediately. That was about 5 years ago...April 19th to be exact. We then got married 2 1/2 years later, and we have been very very happy ever since!! Our two year wedding anniversary is a week from today as you know. I am just going to take him to a nice dinner and maybe buy him a movie or something. My birthday is Dec. 5th and I will be 25, my hubby's was July 16th and he turned 28 this year. Just the perfect separation of age I think! Have you bought anything for the baby? We haven't bought a thing! I want to buy something for the bundle of joy, but I'm not even sure what to get?!?

oh my God you have no idea how desprate i am to buy something for the baby i keep telling my hubby that i just cant wait to buy something i mean anything i think that that second will be the best one in my life so far, its just that im not sure what to get and i really want to get it for the right gender i mean i want to know what im having and go down and buy my first pink or blue outfit it is just going to make every thing feel so real, you know what i mean, because if we have a gender we will have a name so i'll be getting it for a specific individual. i really cant wait for that. So have you seen any good movies lately?

That's funny you asked about the movies. My husband and I used to go see a new movie every Sunday morning, but lately we haven't gotten to go! All I know is that 'S_x and the City' comes out on DVD today and I am super excited!! I think the last movie we saw in the theater was 'Tropic Thunder' which was really funny. What tv shows do you watch if any? We watch a whole lot of them!

i watch alot of tv and i have a lot of favourit shows, but mostly investigative programs like CSI, Law and order, NCIS, Medium, Crossing Jordan which im watching as i type now, i also like Las Vegas, and then there are the sitcoms, i Love Friends which i watch all the time even though i've seen all the episodes like a 1000 times, i also like s_x and the city, and despreate house wives but not so much as the mystery stuff.

I am definitely a fan of CSI, only Las Vegas though, not a fan of CSI Miami. I love America's Next Top Model, My Name is Earl, The Office, Chuck, and stuff like that. I wish I could be at home watching tv right now!! Work is boring!

Hey Courtney, sorry i didn't log in earlier but i was very tired and i slept all through the morning, so how was you day, hope it went well. So how's your relationship with your hubby's family and mother in law are you close, do they bother you, mine kinda do, my mother in law is attached to my husband its sick kind of like every body love Rayomnd thing but worse, since the father died, four years ago she took my husband as a replacment ever since and has no awarness that his now married and should be more to his wife than to her, its horriable im almost always stressed our and on my nerves because of her, and the biggest problem is that he is also too attached to her and doesnt see what she is doing what so ever. well i guess thats life and a big part of marriage. how do get along with your in-laws?

I get along with my in-laws great! It's my sister in law that drives me nuts. She is due in December and she is super paranoid that my shower is going to be better than her's, and my baby is going to be better than hers. Mind you she is 30 and already has a child. She heard that her little sister came and was helping us paint this last weekend and she called her little sister and yelled at her for helping me and told her she was un-invited to her shower. How nuts is that!!! So that is what I am dealing with. My relationship with my hubby is great, he gets mad when that kinda stuff bothers me, but I think you have to be in the situation to understand, you know? Like it would be wonderful to be the only prego one in the family so I could get some attention since we worked so hard at it, but noooooooo, five people including myself are due between Dec and March on my hubby's side. I'm trying not to worry about it cause my side of the family is small and very close, so I know they are super ecstatic for us. I'm sorry you don't get along with your mother in law, I can see it though, we had a rocky start in the beginning of our relationship because she didn't want to let him go. What else is going on? You are still feeling tired? How is the sickness?

its not that i dont get along with my mother in law i do but its artificial you know i mean its not sincere from either side, that what i hate most about the situation there is a lot of acting, anyways life moves on. i agree with you you sister in law does seem nuts but its obvious that its just because she is so jelous of you for some reason, maybe she thinks you got the better looking brother or something but she definetly has some unresolved issues, the best way is to ignore her i think and pretend that she doesnt even exisit that will make even more crazy. oh and remember that your pregnant and that its ALL about you and the baby and not about the crazy or selfish people in the world thats what i tell myself when i get too worked up. thanks for asking about my sickness, i think that its much better now even though i still wake up feeling like i want to throw up, i usually don't, now its more about the dreadful heart burn that i get after every single thing i eat, and the problem is i cant complain about it cause i already take antiacids and i know that this will continue through out my pregnancy so i just have to accept it and live with it till the due date. so any new symptoms with you? i keep waiting for something new to happen each day.

No new symptoms, just the stretching and pulling. I get heartburn too, but not that often. I just can't wait to go to the dr on Tuesday so she can rea__sure me that there is still a baby in there!! I know there is, but sometimes you gotta wonder. When's your next appt?

my next appt is on the 7th of Oct, so its the week after yours, i cant wait till then, i dont know why im so worried this time, i keep getting this bad vibe but then again it could be just me being negative.

I cried this morning when I breezed through an Oprah show for I kid you not, about 2 minutes!! It's the hormones. I am feeling okay. Just posted a thread for someone to help...I've had real bad diarrhea the last 3 days. It is weird cause before that I was a tiny bit constipated, but having nice solids(sorry for the details). I have a feeling it is the carrots. It is the only veggie I will really eat, and I snack on them when at work. Do you think that might have something to do with it? It is just so uncomfortable when I am at work. I am excited for this weekend though! My boss is having a bbq at her house on Sunday, so we get to go and mingle with our tiny office. It should be fun, we have a good time together. Work seems to have slowed a little today (knock on wood!). I am hoping to leave a little early...no reason, just for being Friday!! What kind of music do you like? I like rock music, mostly hard rock/metal. I like some rap/pop. I think you should set up a myspace page, they are so fun and colorful, and we could share pics and stuff!!! Just a thought, you don't have to ya know.

im sorry to hear about your diareah problem but i dont think that the carrots alone are the problem maybe a mixture of things together though. i will try to do the myspcace page and if it works out i'll tell you cause im not sure how it works yet. i was just crying in my room too, but i am having this stupid fight with my husband now and i just feel so sorry for myself, i dont know if im overreactiong because of the hormones or not but i sure feel super down.
