I know, I keep thinking of names that I really like, but then I think of someone that I know with that name, so it makes it hard, because you love the name, but don't want people to think that you named it after someone, it is such a hard decision. What are your husbands kids names?

They are Angelica (Angie), Francisco (we call him Gordy as a nickname because he us a third) and Anthony

Hey Girls, Well, I'll be leaving for my appointment in about 30minutes.... New_Mom, I am nervous too, I just want to see the little one and know that all is well..... Hey, My baby kicked the heck out of me yesterday. I was using my doppler, and I kept losing the h/b so I was thinking that he was in an akward position so I was poking and jiggling my belly a little with the doppler and then I heard the h/b loud and clear, as soon as i started smiling..... BANG!!!! He kicked so hard right where the doppler was, I mean very hard, my first reaction was "Ouch" but then I thought about it and it was like my baby didn't want to be bothered at that time (lol). So, I called my husband and he thinks that the Doppler bothers the baby so all he said was" I told you to stop doing that so much, the baby probably doesn't like it". Whatever!!!! I just hope I don't get kicked that hard again....

Lucky1. Good Luck, I can't wait to hear how you made out. That is good that you got a good kick out of your little one, it will be non stop from now on. Enjoy it.

OOHH CONGRATULATIONS!!! How exciting!!!!

BIG CONGRATS new_mom!!! I had a dream mine was a boy last night-probably wishful thinking! Whoever asked, if it is a girl her name will be Saylee Mae and boy Finneghan Dale/Patrick. I like Finneghan Patrick better, but Dale is my father-in-laws middle name. We are a little Irish-crazy over here! And Beth, I haven't had s_x in probably a couple weeks and couldn't care less. I am sure he is dying, but I'm like whatever.Any more movements Beth?

That is awesome New _mom, so everythigng was good, are you right on schedule, or did your date change at all? Did they tell you what she weighed so far?? What has the heartbeat been??

ekay - April 8

P.S. My son's first baseball game is tomorrow. :-( He's getting too big.

Jennifer - April 8

Ekay, how old are your kids?

New_mom - April 8

Since my dr has it outsourced the tech won't say anything. She said, okay looked great and she is growing like she is suppose too! I go to my dr appt next week and I am sure I will find out. Ekay, I had two dreams that it was a boy and I had a gut feeling that it was a boy and I was wrong. Monday I will be 22 wks.

aaaww don't you hate the growing up part :0(. uumm nope no more movements that I have really been able to feel, I will lay still for awhile tonight though!! Ekay and Lucky what have your heartbeats been at when doing the doppler, my little one yesterday was either 143 or 147 I cna't remember, is that about average?

Jennifer - April 8

My baby's Heartbeat has been 159 the last two times I have been to the doctor, at my first ultrasound it was 151, that was the lowest it has been. I think anywhere in the 140-160 range is normal.

Beth - April 8

Yikes 140-160, then mine is awfully low to be that low in the 140's :0(

I have a question for you girls....does anyone have the dark line from the belly b___ton down yet?? I don't have mine yet, but my father in law told me an old wives tale that if the line was straight then the baby is a boy, and if it is crooked, then it is a girl. I posted this on the Thrid Trimester board, and all the people that responded it was true. This was the first time I have ever heard about that one, so I asked over there, and it seems to be right, just wondering if anyone had theirs yet. It was always right for my mother in law and she has 5 kids.

Jennifer - April 8

I really don't know what is good for a heartbeat, I am just guessing at the 140-160???? I can't really remember exactly with my first pregnancy, but I think it was always in the 140's
