I would cry if I saw snow right now. I am so ready for warmer temps. This weekend I think it is suppose to be in the 60s....I am ready to go to the beach......

Hello, nice to see everyone is back! (Hi Citrouille :-) well, unfortunately, no joy with the mortgage yet. :-( I have to send in some additional paperwork today, and then it'll be submitted to the mortgage insurers on tuesday as mon is public holiday. But my broker expects it to be turned down because apparently the post code the house is at is high risk for bank repossession (country area) so we have 10% deposit, but they might demand 15%. That's over $23 000. Man! What average family, especially young couple has $23 000 just sitting around!! It's ridiculous. :-( I've been on such a downer the last few days, i don't know whats wrong. Nothing seems to be going right. I really want this house, and i really need to get ready for the baby, and i'm so STRESSED! I've been waking up every morning with a stress headache. Anyway, all you can do is try hey, worrying about it isn't going to help. I tried to bring up pizco so i could put a picture from my 18 week scan up, he's so cute, but it's not working for me at the moment, i'll try again later. seeya

That is odd, Kara, the bank would turn down a loan because the area has a high repo rate. All I have to do is state in the appraisal that the area has a lot of repos, but the market is working it's way back up and to the best of my knowledge the loans go through with even 100% financing. Perhaps it's different over there. You guys would be amazed how sheisty the real estate/mortgage lender market is over here. Anyways, I think we should all take pictures of our bellies tomorrow, or Monday, and put them up so we can compare. In any case, I'll post a new photo tonite. Hope everyone sleeps good!

I have a new one nmpictures1.piczo.com for some reason the page editor is still not working for me. I do go to tools and click on photos and nothing happens. I have clicked on all of them and nothing happens.
