Hi, ladies. I am here but I am not going to post on this forum anymore. Pregnancy should be a happy time for everyone and happiness and support is not something that I can provide to others right now let alone myself. I hope all of your babies are born beautiful and healthy. I hope mine is too. Thanks for all of your support.

Aww Patience, I am sorry to hear that. You're right- the ideal is that pregnancy should be a happy time, but it doesn't always work out that way. Happy or not, life goes on besides being pregnant and we never know what life will throw our way. I wish you the best girl. To the rest of you, I will be gone for the next week. We're heading up to the Muskoka's to the cottage and hopefully it will be warm and I can spend my days in the Moon river! Take care all.

Ashyley - I'm preg with my 2nd - (I have 4yr old little girl) and this one is a boy. I'm so super excited I can't contain myself either!! We're reorganizing the house and giving it a facelift. That's keeping me busy and my mind off the little one. My best friend and I were pregnant together - our girls are 6 weeks apart. She had hers first and I can remember how exicted I was to see her little girl and just anxiously waiting for mine to arrive! It's truly a blessing. Hope all the October Mommies are doing well. We're quickly approaching our Third Tri - WOW!! We'll be having our discussions under the Third Tri Topics in no-time!!

Hi ladies!! Patience, hang in there girl. I so wish I had something wonderful and smart to say to you but I don't. You are in my thoughts and I hope you are able to work things out if that is the best for you guys!! good luck!!
Ashley and Catsmommy- I had the same thing with my dear friend and it is so fun having our boys be little buddys now (if you can be at 1 ha)
MrsSandy- that is tough...my baby is a crazy little mover then 2 days of very little movement then back to crazy movement so I don't know wh at to tell you! If you have a feeling though you need to go to the doc!

MrsSandy, yea.. my baby is the same way.. one day i swear she is just dancing on my bladder all day doing karate moves, and the next, hardly anything.. i asked my doctor just the other day when i went, and she told me then when i get a little farther is time to worry, because right now the baby can still do slight movement that i can't feel becasue she has plenty of room, but when room in the belly is an issue we should being feeing everything lol.. and then if i don't feel movement to be worried...
hope everything is well with everyone!

Not much activity on here lately, I just wanted to stop by to see how you all are doing. I posted a thread about myspace & facebook- if anyone is interested in sharing more about themselves, since we all have been on here since the first tri, I thought it would be neat to get to know each other a lil more. my myspace url is myspace dot com back slash jnfr0614 & on facebook my name is jennifer mancuso. PATIENCE- I hope you are doing alright, hang in there & stay strong!
MISS P- haven't seen any posts from you in a while, how are you doing? Well, we are almost to the third trimester! I am so excited! Here's a lil update- I turned 24 weeks yesterday- the dr. pushed my date back a week due to the baby's size on my 20 week ultrasound- bummer, but it's only a week. They also said they will not let me go to my due date anyway b/c of the size of my sons head when he was born- had to use forceps on him & they didn't quite work , so doc had to do it the old fashioned way & pull him out herself- not very glamorous nor did it feel good- lol. Anyway, due to all that, they do not want the same thing to happen w/ my baby girl, so they said I will most likely be induced a week early. I'm starting to feel stronger kicks & have gotten a few rib shots here & there. Oh, might be tmi, but I have to ask. When I walk around sometimes I feel like there is a brick sitting right on top of my v____al area & all this pressure- does anyone else get this feeling? If so is there anything I can do to minimize it? I do not remember this feeling w/ my son, but then again it's been almost ten yrs. Sorry for rambling so much, I'm at work & extremely bored! Hope you are all doing well & give updates soon.

Hi Jennifer! You know I am always here! ha! :) It's interesting my son was really really really high...so high that I went from 3-10 cm in about 2 hours but had to push for 4 hours to get him to drop! So I begged this time to have a low baby so I didn't have to push long and i am afraid my wish has come true! :) I too feel like my little babe is just sitting and kicking my cervix!!! I swear sometimes it feels like a little leg is going to poke out! ha!! I feel great. I still don't feel quite pregnant but am starting to get my belly so that is exciting!!!

Jen - I didn't realize they could push your due date back - I would a__sume they would just leave it be or move it ahead of schedule. They moved mine from Oct 13th to Oct 3rd - so I guess I'm anywhere between 24w4d and 26wks. I think I'll stick to the original date, however (I think... no issues by me if this kid decides to come early). Love the u/s pic on your myspace ; ) too cute. I have some v____al pressure, but it's not all the time. You explain it well, almost like a brick or heavy object weighing it down. Ashley - I bet you can't wait to go on that cruise!! How fun. My little guy is always moving... some days more than others. Just light gentle movements here and there and when I'm least expecting it, I get sucker punched - man it hurts : ) but I love it. My daughter kicked & puched at a constant pressure and speed, so it's a nice change of pace with this pregnancy... except for the occasional jabs! I'm late going to my 24wk appt - it should be this week, but I moved it till July 1st. I know I'll get hollered at by her... I'm already up 21-22lbs!

Hi girls, glad most of you are ok. Sorry i havent been on for a while, having just moved across the world we have been soo busy! Patience im sorry your having such a hard time, i for one do not mind at all if you want to vent here so dont feel you have to stay away, we are all in different circ_mstances and not all easy ones. Ok, update on me, its good and bad news. The good news is that my little boy is growing well and is big for his weeks (26 and a bit now) and is quite active...the bad news - where do i start. My amniotic fluid has dropped to 7.6cm, so only just above the critical level where theyll keep me in and start injecting fluid, also, i have a very enlarged, too mature placenta which is low lying and anterior, so theyve said that all in all i will probably be having a cla__sic style ceserean, quite early - definitly before october anyway. They described the placenta as very unhealty, which has really made me sad as ive been so carefull and eaten very healthy and by the book, apart from chocolate now and again. Ive never smoked, took drugs, been on meds or drank a lot so theres no reason for it to be like that - who knows. Plus, when they did a scan at 24wks they noted he could have downs syndrome - but then countered with the fact that of corse he will have a larger neck fold than normal because hes 4 weeks older than most babies having the 20wk scan. Im trying to focus that thats all it is and not worry too much. So all in all, not great news but im remaining positive, trying to rest and eat healthy. I have another scan / doctors app on thursday so they are going to tell me then if i have to stay in or when exactly they expect to deliver him. I would prefer him to get past 30wks if he can!! Also, i do look enormous. Im constantly getting, the 'what - are you haveing twins' comments whenever i tell people when im due, and even midwives and docs are suprised by how big i am. Seeing as its not fluid as i dont have much, and its not weight as ive only put on 7lbs so far, i think it must just be the combination of having a big baby and a big placenta at the same time. I tell you what, otherwise i feel fine, just a lot of lower back pain and some sleepless nights, but i feel quite healthy otherwise. So when do we start the third tri - is it 27weeks? Because il be hitting that next sat and some ladies must be almost there now - let me know what you think x x

hey mis P, you are an inspiration to people, you are so positive, and my prayers are with you, and hopefully your little guy can hang in as along as possible! i'm now 25 weeks, and i think i "popped" the other day.. cause man i woke up and my belly felt like it was streched across the room lol. And it's so funny, at work people that i don't know are starting to notice... and asking me if i am preggo.. but they won't say the whole sentence.. haha.. they are like are you pppp... i think people are unconfortable because i look alot younger then what i am, I'm 23 but some people think i look 17, so they don't know how to react. well i hope all is well with the rest of you!
