Pelvic Pain And Pressure At 23 Weeks

hi..Iam 23 weeks pregnant..I have pain at the pelvic area and i also feel some pressure.. There is no pelvic pain when i sit or lie down but when i stand again i get the pain.. What would be the reason for this..Should i be worried and call the doctor or go to the doctor??

I think that is pretty normal if I remember correctly from my first pregnancy. Don't hesitate to call you doctor though. It is always better to get the rea__surance from the doctor your their nurse.
