Periods Like Cramps And Pelvic Pressure At 14 Weeks

This is my 3rd pregnancy, the first two being preterm at 20 weeks(twin boys) and 24 weeks(daughter) ,me going into sudden labor, resulting in loss of my babies. my doc will put a cerclage this time at 16 weeks, but i m feeling periods like cramp and pelvic pressure at 14 weeks only, which was not there i think in last two pregnancies. i m too scared this time.. does anybody also feels the same?

sorry for your previous loss
i am know 16 weeks but between 12 and 14 weeks started to get pelvic pressure/pain esp when moving in bed also occasionly get tummy pains my midwife says this is normal and not to worry.
but is it continues to worry you then speak to your doctor
