Prenatal Swimming Everyone

hey hey, i just had my first hour of prenatal swimming classes and it is just AMAZING! the excercises are really good, with emphasis on back, hips, pelvis, belly and a little arms and legs. in the end we were just floating supported by swim aids, it was great! no gravity! if your feet and hips, pelvis and lower back hurt like mine did, then go and try it out, it really feels amazing and you can share experiences with other mommies to be... it does look kinda funny - 12 pregnant women in one pool, hehe :) go try it, they offer it at the ymca for free if you are a member (or if somebody you know is a member then you can go in for free as a guest). they also offer prenatal yoga, i'll start that next week...
