Are you sure its allergies or did it start once you got pregnant? I started out congested the day I found out I was pregnant and have been ever since... 25w5d. The doc says that it could be allergies heightened bc of pregnancy or just being so vascular during pregnancy? I get bloody noses often, sneeze about 50 times a day. I tried everything... humidifier, vaporizer, nasal pot, benadryl, vicks, (you get the idea) My endocrinologist suggested Homeopathic drops... I did those for a few weeks and they helped ALOT, but they begin to do a backwards effect once you have used them too long. I too am miserable with the congestion and sneezing. People always say, well you could be vomitting, and I seriously don't know which would be worse... my sleep suffers and I have a hard time breathing when I do anything aerobic... I'm sure this will be lots of fun when the baby starts taking up my lung space. I don't know it anything I have said would help, but maybe the above mentioned things will work for you temporarily and then you can move on to the next like I did. Now, I am just suffering and taking tylenol sinus every now and then when I really can't sleep. Good luck, and let me know what works for you, if anything!?!?!

im 5 months now too and my allergies r making me miserable im scared to open a window or go outside or anything...for a while i was scared to take anything so i looked for different things to help me...cold wash cloths on my face helped for itchyness.... chewing big red gum helped my itchy throat lol ...doing a vick bath helps alot with congestion and coughing... put vick rub in the sick with a towel over the sick then pour boiling water in then stick your head in and breath for like 15 mins...it burns ur eyes sometimes n makes u feel like u cant breath but it helps!!!! but my allergies just got so bad my doc. told me i could take bendryl, robotussin or tylenol...but ide defintly check with ur doc b4 taking anything ...hope i could help! i no how u feel it sucks!
