I am 24 weeks pregnant today (yay!) and am having a hard time with sore muscles. I've started swimming 3-4 times/week which seems to help a bit, but I'm still having really sore/weak feeling legs and general soreness all over. Anyone else experiencing this? Any advice? Thanks ladies.

I wonder if its dietary? maybe not enough water?
What has your doc said?

I doubt it's dietary, but I do need to watch my water intake! I'll try to remember that. I am hypothyroid, but my levels have been checked and all is well. Haven't asked the doc but in my first pregnancy they chalked it up to normal aches and pains of pregnancy. Just looking for ways to ease the soreness.
