Im 18 weeks and my stomach hurts... its almost a cramping feeling, but it hurts. And it is like an all day thing, not too bad when im sitting, but if I stand up or move it hurts. Is this normal

Im having the same thing, im 21wks pregnant and am finding that im uncomfortable all the time and having stomach pains. Im a little paranoid but its probably just your body getting ready and adapting.

Hopefully that's true. i've been trying to look things up on the internet. i have a doctor's appointment thursday but i was just wanting to be a little more prepared by then. :)

I'm 15 wks and have the same thing. Fine as long as I'm laying down or sitting, but when I get up and walk around there are these painful "twinges" where my uterus is. I have a Dr's appt tomorrow (not because of this) so I'll let you know what they say.

i had that too, it's your uterus streching and growing and your ligaments doing the same thing... nothing to worry about... i'm sure your doc will tell you the same...

That's what my Dr. said, it's the uterus pulling on certain ligaments and it's normal. Obviously if the pain gets severe or if there's bleeding then go to the hospital.
