I am almost 22 weeks, I am getting a lot of white milky looking discharge, particularly in the morning. Is anyone else getting this? I presume it's normal?

Yes I have that too. When are you due? I am 21-22 weeks I always lose track. Anyway I was reading in my book and it said as long as it wasn't yellow or green its fine.

It sounds like leukkorhea which is white blood cell discharge. Perfectly normal in pregnancy unless, as PP mentioned, it's not yellow or green (which suggests some sort of infection). If you are worried about the discharge, see your OB. No point in worrying yourself when a simple phone call / visit could set your mind at ease.

hi! jane i had the same problem last week and so i called my dr n he got me inspected i m only 19weeks he said i had a bacterial infection...but he also mentioned that its perfectly normal while being pregnant as long as its does not have a odour to it

Thanks girls for your feedback. I think I will check it out with my midwife just to be sure. It appears mainly to be white discharge, but when it's dry it does go a greeny/yellow colour (sorry to be so descriptive!). I was a worrier before I was pregnant but I think I'm even worse now!

lol jane i am in the same boat,when dries goes light yellow color..but comes out whitish...glad to hear im not alone...i worry myself sick lol every day about something new..... i think ive become paranoid since i been preggers i am 24 weeks along now :)
