Lactose Intollerant And Moderately Vegetarian

Does anyone have any good ideas for what would be really healthy for me to eat? I just found out I am currently 5 weeks pregnant with my first (not planned at all!) and I really want to eat right for my baby. Before I got pregnant I was trying to switch my diet over to mostly raw and vegetarian foods. Also I can not eat dairy products. How much soy/tofu is harmful? Is it even ok? Any recipe ideas???
