ingrediants *700g potatoes *12 herby sausages *8 rashers streaky bacon roughly chopped *50g butter *2 meduim leeks cleaned and chopped *salt and freshly ground pepper *6tbsp milk *2 cans of baked beans *60g mature chedder grated. 1-preheat oven to 200'c and cook the potatoes in a pan of boiling water until tender usually about 20 mins, meanwhile place sausages in ovenproof dish and bake for 15 mins turn them then scatter the chopped bacon over the sausages and returned to oven for a further 10-15 mins untilled browned and just cooked through then drain off any fat.
2-at the same time melt the butter in a frying pan add the leeks and cook on a low heat for 5-6 mins untilo softened.
3-drain the potatoes and return to pan season with salt and pepper mash until smooth then add leeks plus thier buttery juices and stir.
4-add the baked beans to the sausages and bacon and top with the leek mash sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 20 mins until golden brown.
