3 Missed Periods Still No Bfp

Hiya i need as much help as possible...me amd my fiance have been ttc for 10 months now. since january i have been using pregnacare tablets to help me ovulate. now my last period was feb 1st so im 10 days away from missinh my 3rd period. ive been to the doctors and taken several tests but always a big bfn!!! I havent really had any symptons untill about 4 wrrks ago when i noticed i had a lot of lotiony cm (felt like i was wetting myself all the time...sorry if tmi) and now im getging a horrible cramping/ pulling sensation around my belly button...im really bloated and out of breathe just before bed...my nipples are so sore i cant wear a bra and they feel heavier...ive been sleeping in past my alarm most mornings...and i keep getting that metalicy taste in my mouth. so surely thats screaming pregnant so why no BFP anyone else found out they was pregnant months into it? Thanks

Could it be that you skipped a cycle and got pregnant from s_x about 5 weeks ago (1 week before noticing first symptoms)? Perhaps another test would help. Your signs are strong! GL!
