40 Days Late Now Spotting

My period is 40 days late 2 days ago I started spotting very lightly but its very dark brown almost and light pink when I wipe. Ive had 2 faint positive tests and 3 negative tests. I have all symptoms evcept morning sickness. Im not sure if im making it all up in my head or what. Could I just have low hcg levels? With my last 2 pregnancies I didnt show positive till I was 8 weeks along. Ive asked for an ultra sound to check but have been denied with out a drs positive test. Im so confused and want to know whats going on but no one can give me any answers. Can anyone here help me with this?
