Hi everyone im new to the group was wondering if anyone could help me with my story?... so last month I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend the days leading up to ovulation, the day of ovulation, and the days after ovulation which would all be From September 21st to September 28th, a week after that ( which would bring us to the first week of October ) I started to feel some cramping which I thought was weird because I usually don’t start my pms THAT early I usually start cramping no more then like 2 days before my period is due which in this case my period was due on the 12th this month, by I ignored it, the cramping eventually turned into sharp pains along my pelvic and pubic area something really different! I have a cycle of 28-32 days the latest so I gave my period a few more days to come by the 21st I couldn’t take the pelvic and lower back pain and the cramping so I went to the er where they performed a  Pap smear, a pelvic exam, and an internal ultrasound and tested me for stds along with a blood pregnancy test, everything came back completely normal and the pregnancy test was a negative, they told me the cramping must just be my pms but I’ve never had this kind of pain before. I am today 46 days with no period and 12 days late, sharp pains come and go around my pubic area, pelvic, my sides, and my lower back and thighs are crampy, I’m getting little flutters around my bully, my boobs hurt so bad to the slightest touch I have to pee way more frequently, I get tired really easily, however I haven’t been nauseas but my  appetite has definitely gone up, I’m only 20 with no medical problems never had any surgergies or anything I got my first period when I was 9 and have been getting them regularly ever since, my boyfriend is 25 and already has 3 kids so I know he’s capable of having babies, I’ve read that my hcg may be too low at the moment? Ugh I just want to know what’s going on with my body this has never ever happened to me before. /: anyone ever go through something similar and ended up being pregnant or something serious being wrong??

Linsey, it's hard to ignore a negative blood test in spite of all the signs and high exposure. You could run a home test just in case there was some mistake. Then I would call and ask if the transvaginal scan would have picked up an ovarian cyst or anything else that might be causing your signs.
