After ovulation, I understand that your BBT stays high until your next period. However, is there a change in the BBT if you are possibly pregnant?

BBT is really only good for detecting ovulation. A temperature rise into the 98.5 - 99.0 range can mean you are pregnant, but when some people do fall pregnant they don't have this temp rise in their first month or if your temp is in this range, it doesn't mean that you are definitely pregnant.
