Hi everyone. im about 4 dpo and i have never experienced ovulation cramps or pains before. This is the first time im feeling a sort of cramp or tightness if you will. i dont have lower back pain but tonight i was feeling a little nausea. ive also eaten everything ive seen in the past week. i dont know if this is just me being aware that im ovulating or that somethings up. i really need some opinions.

When is your next period expected? What recent s_xual exposures have you had? Your signs started early - could they be due to an ovulation acting up?

my next period is suppose to be on or around the 27th. i had unprotected s_x on the 9th. I thought it might be that im feeling ovulation but ive never had signs of feeling it before.

How do you know you are 4dpo - just by a calculator? Some women ovulate as early as CD10, which would have been the 9th. If that happened to you then your timeline could add up to possible pregnancy. Wait until you are late before testing.

i have an app on my phone that calculates when you're ovulating but i dont trust it that much. it said i was suppose to ovulate on the 13th. the only signs ive had are the tenderness and today a little lower back pressure and feeling bloated. also i noticed there is a small round purple ring by tip of my right nipple. ive had scares but never felt this before hence why im a little nervous.

It begins to add up - unprotected s_x shortly before possible ovulation, weird cramps, appet_te change, slight nausea, backache, nip change, bloating. Between now and the 27th look for unusual fatigue, more frequent peeing, lotion discharge, acne, crying for no reason, vivid dreams, stuffy nose, hot flashes, sensitive to smells, favorite food changes, veins showing more etc. Test using first morning pee if a normal period does not materialize. GL!

The cramping has gone down but I'm burping more than usual. Since I could be showing earlier signs of pregnancy does that mean I can take a test sooner?
