im convinced im pregnant, i have most symptoms, i just feel so blah in general. and so tired. but then i got my period for 2 days when usually it lasts about 5 or 6 days. what does this mean? i kinda want a baby so maybe im tricking my brain into thinking im pregnant? i have taken one test and it was negative but i dont think i peed on it long enough.ive read lots or forums and answers of other women having the same thing then finding out a month later they were pregnant. what should i do? test again?

Barbie, your signs are pretty encouraging. hCG hormone doubles every few days in the first trimester. Test using first morning pee and the dip method for best results. Test once or twice a week. If you are still negative when a normal period is two weeks late, the chances of pregnancy go down. If you still have signs and test negative when another period is due, call the doc for a check-up for other causes.

I know what you mean about your mind playing tricks! I wonder if thats possible as well but with the all the cramping I have been experiencing before, during, and after Ovulation I am hoping it means POSITIVE! Waiting to take the test stinks, especially when you know that you know that you know lol! My fiance and I had s_x the 3 days prior to ovulation and I havent been prego or on birth control for 9 years! Kind of an oops but we are ready. :) The cramping is less now but yesterday was centralized right above my pelvic bone like sharp pinching for about an hour. Not sure what that means? Anyone have an idea??? The first day of my last period was April 14th, My cycle is every 26 days making my ovulation around the 26th of April. We had s_x the 23rd.

Maddy, two days after ovulation is too early to be reading anything into signs. However, suppose you ovulated several days early, then just maybe you experienced an implantation cramp the 27th. Come back in two weeks and let us know! GL!

I know LOL! The waiting game is tough and not much time has elapsed. Just feels MUCH different this time. We shall see. According to my fertility calendar/Ovulation I should be able to test the 6th of May. Its gonna be a long 8 day wait!!

so the doctors results came back negative. but now my period is 9 days late?

Hi , I'm am really confused I was suppose to get my period June 2 2011 and. Haven't gotten it yet. I pee all the time tired tender b___sts. But I took a test and it was neg...... could I b pregnant . I do have irregular periods . But I am never usually this late.

If there was a chance of a contraceptive mishap the third week of May, you can't rule out pregnancy just yet. Test again next weekend using first morning pee, dip method. The chances of a false negative will be small by that time, and early signs remaining might be due to a cyst. Check with the doc if you miss a second period. GL!

I ovulated the 18 th of may had s_x 17 th and 19 th

My af was due June 2 did come until yesterday . But its really light spotting . Is it implantation bleeding ?

So all together I was 6days late then on the 7 th day lite spotting . If it were my period it would be heavier then this. So I am confused on what to do

even though the embryo implants within 7 days after ovulation, not enough HCG is produced for urinary pregnancy test to become positive until 3-7 days after implantation. It takes 14 days after implantation before urine test indicates positive results. You had already 14 days after implantation!Tender b___sts easy to feel before period, but unusual urination could be early pregnancy or urinary tract infection. If I were you, keep testing every morning and take care of yourself:don't drink alcohol, don't take meds if you don't need them urgent.
