Implantation Bleeding Or Random Period

I had "implantation bleeding" with my 1'st baby whom I delivered only seven months ago. I am currently br___tfeeding and I haven't had a period until one week ago and it was identical to the implantation bleeding that I had with my 1'st. Is it possible/likely that I am pregnant again? What are other possible causes for bleeding "spontaneously" after having gone so long without a period?
