Hi, I'm looking for some peace of mind...I've been on Lo Seasonale for a while now, I'm pretty good about taking my pills but every once in a while I miss a pill. Within 12-24 hours of the missed pill, I get bright red spotting every time (often that's the reminder) and I always get the withdrawal bleed within the same time frame during the placebo week. This last cycle, I missed a few pills because of the holidays (missed Dec 26 and Dec 27, had 2 pills on Dec 28 and 2 on Dec 29, then missed Dec 30). Had unprotected s_x on Dec 23, 24 and Dec 31. Last active pill was Jan 1 (I'm a day 1 starter) and now it is Jan 7 and other than some brownish and pink-to-red tinged mucus (only discovered when I checked my cervix) I've had no withdrawal bleed. I know I COULD be pregnant, but I wanted to know if anyone has ever heard of a woman who consistentently has bright red bleeding upon missing one active pill who then gets no bleeding upon missing 6 active pills?
I think it's too early for HPT so I am trying to put my mind at ease....
