Okay so I am 23 and I was on birth control for 5 years (started because had a cyst burst when I was 18). In December I just could not take being on it anymore (it was affecting my thyroid) so I stopped December 28th (just did not continue next pill). I had a normal period 1/17 cd 27. Then next cycle I spotted 2/10 and 2/11 then my period started 2/12 cd 27. I ovulated 2/25 and had unprotected s_x (but he pulled out). According to my calender I should have gotten my period 3/11 (calculated for a 28 day cycle starting from 2/12). It never came. On 2/9 I had bad cramping bloating and back pain at night. On 2/11 the cramping continued but no period. I had an increase in CM (clear and stretchy) but nothing even remotely colored. On 3/20 and 3/21 I had some pink/orange spotting but mostly just when I wiped and had 1 very tiny red clot. I also had intercourse on 3/18 (and felt like a a lot of pressure during it). The spotting ended and has not continued but I still have had an increase in CM and my nipples have gotten increasingly sensitive. I've also been very bloated the last couple days. I was supposed to go to the doctor on Tuesday but he had to reschedule for next week due to an emergency. I just want some advice on what could be going on!

Also to update I've taken 5 negative tests in the course of these 2 weeks. Also, the spotting was accompanied by a pain on my left side both days. Also, today I have been having clear stretchy cervical mucus and also light yellow thick snotty looking cm. I'm very confused about all of this so some help would be appreciated.

I.m thinking a couple of those dates should have read 3/9 and 3/11. IDK. If you are pregnant from pulling out too late on 2/25, it is just possible that you are still getting false negative tests. Do you have fatigue, more peeing, appet_te and smell changes, emotions, dreams in addition to your other signs? I suggest another test using first morning pee this coming weekend. GL!

Yes you are right about those dates sorry gets confusing haha...I have also had a LOT of fatigue, frequent urination ( will pee then 10 seconds later have that pee tingle), headaches, and today I was very dizzy all day. How likely would negative tests this late be?

Also starting yesterday I have had tenderness right under my left rib that hurts to press on or lean against (first noticed it laying on my stomach in bed and stretching)

i'm offcially 16 days late for my period and on day 14 i took a pregnancy test which read negative....if i were just late without being bloated, cramping like i'm about to start, extra tired everyday, sick to my stomach food don't go down good, b___st all tender and hurting, changes in my sense of smell and all this discharge........then maybe i wont be so worried. why are these darn test reading negative if my body is stating positive??? i hope we both find the answer

dragon, how do you know you ovulated 2/25? Are you temperature charting or just going by other signs. Maybe you are not yet quite two weeks late. The published ranges of hCG when two weeks late suggest that everyone should get a positive by then, but we continue to get reports of pregnancies where the first positive was even later. I usually suggest testing weekly until you miss a second period, then go to the doc to see what else might be the problem. GL!

Thanks Grandpa Viv...I'm fairly certain I ovulated on that date because that's when my period calendar said I would and my temps were a steady 97.57 before that day (and VERY erratic after). Today I took a test and I could swear there was a very faint line but maybe I'm going crazy now! And this morning I woke up with an itchy v____a so I have NO idea what that means!!

I am 3 weeks to the day after the start of my last period. I'm 6 days after my ovulation time, and I'm getting intermittant light spotting bronw/pinkish color discharge. I'm told this could be implatation bleeding and could be pregnant. But I have no b___st tenderness YET...i've had the urge to pee more frequently though. Couldibe? pregnant ???

Dragon, the flora and fauna in your v____a can act up when the pH changes in pregnancy. Test again next weekend using first morning pee.

just scared to get my hopes up because I really want to have another child. I want to b pregnant and I hope I am. When will b___st tenderness start? That's a good sign .

CouldIBe, don't expect the signs of the second pregnancy to mimic the signs of the first. Each pregnancy is different. Many early signs are similar to PMS (same hormone, different amount and timing). I focus on unusual fatigue, more frequent peeing, and lotion discharge as being distinctive, usually before a period is missed. Best of luck!

So disappintd......I took. Test & negative. However. I m still 9 days away from my period. Evn though I hv some signs of pregnancy. Neway..... I'll test agxin in another week . Is this normal ? Does anyone know? Cuz it's still early. ??

Well by Thursday 3/24 in the morning i had what appeared to be a VERY faint bfp then the spotting began being heavier then yesterday it became bleeding (fresh red blood that is stretchy thick and small amounts of stringy tissue when I pee sorry tmi). It's a constant flow and I do need to wear a pad. However the strange thing to me is I have no cramps or backaches...especially considering that 2 weeks ago when I missed my period I was suffering from both but no blood. This is all really strange I am so glad I have a doctors appointment Tuesday!

To keep you guys updated I had a doctor's appointment today and he did a v____al ultrasound. My period was spotting on first day, fairly heavy bleeding second day, then spotting third day. By the time I went to the doctor's today I was done bleeding. However, during the ultrasound he said I still have blood in my uterus and it should be coming out and I also have a cyst on my left ovary. I'm somewhat more confused for now but will keep you all updated
