Spotting Week Before Period

Okay so my period is not due until March 29th. On March 21, I wiped and saw pink and thought I was getting my period. Everytime I wiped after that there was no pink. Later that night I felt wet and went to the bathroom and saw a small amount of blood and put a tampon in thinking I was getting my period. The next morning I went to change tampons and there was no blood and I havent seen any blood since.
I am getting worried that it may have been implantation bleeding. My fiance and I use condoms so I figured its impossible to get pregnant but I am always regular with my periods and have never experienced this before.
Any ideas?

It is possible this was implantation spotting. See if you develop any early preg signs between now and next menstruation. Test using first morning pee if late or light. GL!
