is it possible to feel early pregnancy symptoms after 8 days off conception?! I was lieing in bed last night all of a sudden I had to run to the toilet and be sick? I've also got small cramps that just won't disapear, I was in my ovulation window last week... Has anyone else had these sort of things happen to them?

Yes, a week before your next period is when signs start to show, but there is little point in testing until your period is actually late or light.. Use first morning pee which is stronger.
