Charlie Horse Like Pain In Stomach

Ok, so aside from my nipples being extra sore/sensitive from 4dpo onward I woke up the morning before last with a very painful charlie horse type pain in my stomach, right behind my belly button it seemed... like I said, quite painful, couldn't move for a min or so til it passed. Now when I push my belly button I can still feel that nerve pain a tiny bit, but it hasn't happened again.
So my question is, does this mean anything? Has it happened to anyone else?? Or was it just gas or something? lol
