Cramping Only On Left Side

Hello! I had implantation bleeding (or so I thought) last week when my period was due. Yesterday I went to the Dr. for a blood and urine test. Both came back negative. I've had numerous symptoms like: not caring to really eat like normal, very sleepy, slight lightheaded, minor here and there headaches, back pain, and today I've had sharp cramping on just my left side. Like mid-low abdomen area. It's very odd feeling that comes and goes. Does anyone know what this could be? Is there a chance I'm still pregnant no matter what the tests said? Has anyone else experienced this? Trying not to worry but would appreciate the input.

I don't quite understand why the tests would come back negative from a doctors office! cause it sure sounds like you have early pregnancy symptoms such as i have been having some too! VERY early ones! i can't even take a test for about another week and i've had symptoms already! I think I just had implantation bleeeding today but was not expecting it to happen so quickly. Anyway, about your sharp cramping on left side, I don't think pregnancy cramping is supposed to be sharp :/ not trying to freak you out, just what i've been experiencing myself and what i have heard, it is usually less severe than period cramps t least mine are, and only last a couple minutes maybe a few times a day and slight pulling sensations on my uterus..maybe you should go back to the doctor and tell them about it or call them just to be on the safe side, hope everything goes well and good luck!

Thank you so much for your imput! Today when I woke up I've had flu like symptoms. So I'm so confused what my body is doing to me because I'm not having any stomach issues. I'm not really sure when I should do another test just in case. I've done tons and they all come back negative. I just wonder if me having had my period for two whole weeks in Dec because of a missed bc pill...if that has messed my whole routine up. I thought it was implantation bleeding but maybe it was just lack of blood due to too many days with my period. Who knows. If this continues I will consult my Dr. Thank you again for your advice. Saying a prayer for you!

i sure wish you the best , i have had the cramping mine is more like twinges but i am just about to go crazy.

I have had twinges and cramping on my left side since about 5 dpo wish i knew what is going on too. At least I'm not alone.
