I am pregnant and spotting. I started spotting before I missed my period. what should I do? what is happening?

Congratulations!!!! That was more than likely implantation spotting. If you are sure you are pregnant and you are really concerned about it then call your doctor. The Doc. will probably tell you the same thing but I'm sure you'll feel better hearing it from him/her.
