So odd question:
We had a condom break on Oct. 21 and took Plan B the same day (about 10 hours later). Generally it is a 28 day period and the last one was due to begin on Sept. 30th but it never occurred (spotting). Blood tests showed no pregnancy and it was an anovulatory cycle. Birth Control was also stopped.
With the next one due on the 28th prior to Plan B and the circ_mstances above, how concerned should I be? It would appear there would not be much to worry about given it occurred on day 21/28, I'm just looking for more info.
When can a blood test or home test be utilized?

I should add that the last "active" pill was taken on Sept. 27th (24 active, 4 non).
