Hey everyone, I am 23 years old and yes I am overweight. This has NEVER stopped me from having my period, ever. My lmp was February 1-5. Nothing since then. So I am approaching three months with no sign of AF coming any time soon. I have taken numerous HPTs and they are all negative. I was on BC for about 8-9 years up until I turned 19-20. So I have been off of it for roughly 4 years. I only took it because my cycles were irregular growing up. Since stopping the pill AF has been pretty much like clockwork on a 32-33 day cycle with a rare occasion of being at most a week late. Since I have not had a period since February I am experiencing increased gas and va___al discharge (I have thought AF has come many times but no), moodiness, white bumps on my areolas and they almost look bruised/darker, more veiny br___ts, my stomach is getting rounder now like a beach ball, slight cramping and my uterus is really hard to the touch, peeing a lot more than normal, waking up two to three times a night to pee, if I move to quickly I get a sudden sharp twinge in my lower abdomen, slight nausea on a rare occasion but not enough for me to consider it's actually morning sickness, I feel like I smell everything stronger and more, my br___ts are heavier than they used to be, and I can't lie flat on my back to sleep anymore I have to turn onto my side because there is a lot of pressure in my uterus. Two weeks ago I couldn't even sleep because I was so extremely bloated and had so much pelvic pressure I couldn't get comfortable. I have been to the ER because I couldn't take being so uncomfortable any longer. They did a urine test and surprise, they got a negative, too. Doctor did a pelvic exam, just a pap smear and everything is normal. They took blood but I am not sure what they actually tested it for. All he said was it could be a cyst causing me to not have a period. But can that really happen just suddenly? I have an ob/gyn appointment May 6th. Just would like some insight to see if I am just crazy or could really still be pregnant and not know it! Sorry this is so long but I want you all to know exactly what's going on! Thank you!
