I Don't Know If I'm Pregnant.

My period always comes roughly the 15th or 17th of every month. Never missed a period. Period lasts 4 to 6 days with severe cramps.
4/16 first day of period.
4/27 Conception.
4/30 Ovulated.
5/2 Flu/fever for 3days.
5/16 No period.
5/19 Spotting for 3days. Only used pantyliner.
5/20 Blood test negative.
5/25 Blood test negative.
It's now the 6th of June (7 weeks from my last period / 3 weeks late of my expected period. A few days after ovulation, I've been getting on/off mild cramps, tender breasts mostly nipples, milky discharge and now swollen labia.
Am I pregnant? Pls help.
