im already 6 days late and idw jump the gun but since Oct 31st when my cycle was suppose to have come I have been having right lower pain. Should I take a test these semi cramps just ain’t cutting for me or whatever this pain is. Thanks in advance for your response.

No list of typical symptoms. Is it possible those cramps are a warning of ectopic pregnancy, a condition that typically does not give an early positive test?
