My Legs Are Giving Out On Me

i havent taken a test yet, so idk if im pregnant or not... but i'm late for my period (which could be anything)... & im nauseus and on the verge of puking most of the day. my legs feel like they're going to give out on me. it started a few days ago. the muscles in my legs are feel tight, like i've just ran a mile or two.
any answers?
