i am now a week late for my period. I have taken 2 first response tests one was a light positive ( after the time limit) and one was negative. i have had hot flashes and trouble sleeping ( waking up a lot), headaches, i get pains in my nipples that come and go and today i noticed the veins in my br___ts are very noticeable and sticking out. i also started getting discomfort on my right side in the abdominal area. not painful. i have never missed a period except for when i had a kidney infection and was on a pain medication and an antibiotic. i feel like i am pregnant and the trouble sleeping and hotflashes were just like my first pregnancy (m/c). could i be pregnant even though test was negative? i have read many people dont get a for sure positive until weeks after a missed period.

i also had lots of discharge ( no odor) the week my period was due and for a few days after that made it feel like AF had come.

That hormone is supposed to double every few days. Take another test three days after the last, use first morning pee, and I think you will be happy with the result. GL!

had a blood test done. came back negative :(
