Negative Results Please Help

Hi, I'm going out of my mind... I am 13 days late for my period and have been having nausea, br___t soreness, eating more and being very emotional for the past two weeks. I have been trying to get pregnant for over 10 years and was about to start fertility treatment, I have never felt like this before and I'm convinced I'm pregnant, however I have had two negative home pregnancy tests and today my blood test came back negative, the doctor gave me a blood test because I told her I was having cramps and she wanted to rule out ectopic pregnancy but now it's come back negative there isn't anything anyone can do. What is happening I'm so confused, I really do feel pregnant but why is nothing showing up? Please help I'm so sad

If a quant_tative blood test (numerical) comes back negative at 6 weeks, the chances are there is another reason for your signs. A follicle/cyst can misbehave and give off hormones that mimic pregnancy. Perhaps she will next suggest an ultrasound to see what gives. Best of luck with the fertility treatments!
