Possibly Pregnant With Tubal Ligation

I am 34 i have 3 kids. My tubes have been tied for almost 11 years now. I've recently been sick and was taking amoxicillin. I started the medication the day before my period was supposed to start. It has been a week now and still no period. My last day taking the meds was 4 days ago. So im not sure if im pregnant or the meds. I've taken 2 hpt and both were negative. Im not sure if i should go to the doctor or wait another week. I was also wondering if it could be menopause. My periods have always been normal and never late. I would love it if i am pregnant because the man im in a relationship with now has no kids. Can someone please help....Thanks in advance...
