Hi,
I'm a virgin but on March 11th my boyfriend and I went a little too far while making out where he tried to rub his penis on my vagina. It was just for couple of seconds since I didn't want any unwanted pregnancy. His penis was probably wet from the precum but he didn't ejaculate until few minutes later.
My last period was on Feb 23rd and usually my cycle is always 28-30 days.
I have barely slept in the last couple of weeks. I'm really scared to be pregnant right now since I didn't get any usual pre periods symptoms. I feel bloated and there's a white discharge. I don't know if it's because I've been really stressed and anxious about it or anything else. I don't have nausea, fatigue or any cramps. Also, I suffer from PCO. But in the couple of years my periods have been regular.

On March 11th you were on cycle day 16, which is ovulation day for most women on a 30 day cycle. Your sex drive was in high gear, which explains going further than you intended. The chance of sperm getting in your vagina was pretty low. True pre cum contains no sperm though if foreplay goes on long enough some may creep into the picture.
Your next period is due this weekend. If you were pregnant you would by now have a list of early pregnancy signs longer than the list for PMS. I think the chance of pregnancy is remote indeed, but your sexual experimentation, stress and PCOS may be messing with your hormones. Put your worries to rest by running a home pregnancy test on first pee tomorrow morning and repeat it a week later.
Please learn about the "fertile window" and "signs of ovulation" so you understand your cycle better and can avoid your most fertile days. Slip in some vaginal spermicide (film, insert) any time you are going to fool around. Insist on new condoms when the day comes for your sexual debut. Good luck!
