i missed my periods on 18 th of may 2004, now i have backache, one of my br___t is heavy and nipple is enlarged,painful too.Daily early in the morning i go for a walk for one hour.If i don't eat properly on one day also i am feeling very weak and not able to walk.pain in the lower abdomen is also observed when i urinate.After i eat sometimes i am feeling vomiting sensation.so i am confused whether i am pregnant or not ?

Sounds like you are. Have you taken a test? Go right away to your health care provider or family planning clinic and ask for a pregnancy test! If you don't want to go to a clinic yet, buy a home pregnancy test at any pharmacy. (These can be expensive), but this is an important test. READ the directions carefully before you use it and follow them.
