I have been with my live in boyfriend for over a little over a year and I am now 15 weeks pregnant. When I told him I was pregnant he wasn't to thrilled. He claims to not be able to afford anymore children right now. I told him all I wanted was for him to do the best he could but he claims to be excercising his right to not be involoved. He went to my very first appointment and has not been to one since then. He doesn't want anything to do with the baby and wants to move out but remain in a relationship with me. I don't want to raise another child alone. I feel so hurt and betrayed by him and he doesn't understand why. Everytime we talk about it things get so bad and we end up not talking to each other for days. Why is he willing to walk away from his own child so easily even though he says he really cares about me a great deal.
